Since the beginning of her career, Owner/ Operator Nolee Anderson-Hendren has been dedicated to teaching women and young girls tool skills and getting more women interested in trades work through her Joist Skills Workshops, her involvement in the MikeroweWORKS Foundation, working with ywca’s G.R.I.T program in Missoula Montana, and alongside Wolverine Boots through Project Bootstrap.
